At Bountisphere, we’re always working to make managing your finances as smooth and flexible as possible. That’s why I’m excited to introduce a new feature that will help you keep your financial accounts tidy and organized: the ability to delete an entire bank/institution and any accounts associated with it, or to delete individual accounts as needed.

We understand that your financial situation can change over time — whether you’ve closed an account, switched banks, or simply no longer need a specific account linked. With this new feature, keeping your Bountisphere dashboard clutter-free is easier than ever.

Here’s how it works:

1. Access Your Accounts: After signing in to your Bountisphere account, head over to the ‘Banks and Accounts’ section. You’ll notice a trash can icon next to each institution listed.

2. Delete an Entire Institution: If you need to remove all accounts associated with a particular institution (e.g., Capital One), just click the trash can next to the institution name. A confirmation screen will pop up, asking if you’re sure you want to delete the bank and all accounts under it. If you confirm, everything related to that bank will be deleted from your Bountisphere account.

3. Delete Individual Accounts: Want to keep the bank but remove a specific account? No problem! Simply click the trash can icon next to the account you no longer need. Again, you’ll be asked for confirmation before the account is deleted.

4. Progress and Confirmation: After you confirm, you’ll see a quick progress bar, and in no time, you’ll get a notification that your account has been successfully deleted.

This new feature gives you full control over which accounts and institutions are visible in your Bountisphere dashboard, helping you stay organized and focused on the accounts that matter most. It’s just another way we’re making it easier for you to manage your finances your way.

Stay organized, stay in control, and as always — be bountiful!
