# Bountisphere > A digital budget planner and bill calendar app that brings bills, paychecks and projected daily balances together on a visual Money Calendar. Bountisphere helps everyday Americans understand their money, plan bills and spending, and see what is coming. It is available on the web, iOS and Android. Its central Money Calendar connects current account balances with dated Budget items to project daily balances up to two years ahead. The forecast is an estimate based on the balances and planned items included, not a guarantee of future funds. Pricing: $7/month or $70/year. Start free trial. See the Pricing page for current terms. Reference updated: 2026-10-26. ## Money Calendar and forecasting The Money Calendar shows actual bank transactions and dated planned items, with a projected running balance for each day. A person can inspect a day, move between months and review particular accounts. The five core product pages include an interactive calendar using sample data; it is not a view of customer finances. The forecast starts with current account balances and reflects included Budget income and scheduled outflows. Missing bills, unplanned purchases, delayed bank updates, changed payment dates and changed income can make actual balances differ from the projection. A combined account total does not mean every individual account has enough money for its bills. ## Budget and Spending are separate Budget holds dated income, bills and scheduled outflows, including planned credit card payments and savings transfers. People can build it from recent transactions, review selections, and add or adjust recurring and one-time items. These dated items drive the Calendar forecast. Spending shows everyday purchases by category and lets people set monthly category goals. People can use it as a money tracker without first building a Budget. Spending goals are monthly targets, not dated Calendar payments, and do not automatically reduce projected daily balances. The Calendar's Budget low point and Spending amount left are independent figures; they are not subtracted from each other. A credit card purchase and its later card payment must not be treated as the same dated cash outflow twice. ## AI Money Coach The AI Money Coach is a compassionate, nonjudgmental assistant that helps people understand their financial data, see upcoming bills and consider practical next steps. People can type or use the Coach microphone. Coach can explain Budget, Spending and forecasts, and help prepare supported changes for the person to review and confirm. Coach does not independently connect a bank or move money. Where a bank connection invitation appears, the person taps Connect your bank and completes the secure linking process. AI answers can be mistaken; people should check amounts, dates and proposed changes. Coach is not a guarantee of financial outcomes or a replacement for qualified financial, legal or tax advice. ## Accounts, setup and matching People can connect supported financial institutions through Plaid or add manual accounts. Institution availability and connection reliability vary. Bank access is read-only: Bountisphere cannot initiate bank transfers, bill payments or purchases. Manual accounts depend on information the person supplies rather than an automatic bank feed. First-time setup includes a conversational Coach welcome and a Connect your bank invitation. Building a Budget lets people review income, scheduled bills and everyday spending separately. Selected past posted payments can be linked during first Budget setup; ordinary subsequent transaction matching requires the person's confirmation. ## Who it can help Bountisphere is designed for everyday Americans who want clearer answers about bills, paydays and spending. It can help someone organizing household finances, planning between paychecks, tracking everyday purchases or considering debt payments. The focus is understanding and informed decisions, not pressure or guaranteed savings. The digital planner and calendar product pages describe Bountisphere itself. Their related blog guides explain how to choose and use a budgeting method. These pages have complementary commercial and educational roles rather than representing different products. ## Pricing and trial Bountisphere costs $7/month or $70/year. Start free trial. The monthly and annual subscription trial is seven days; cancel anytime before day 7. The Pricing page is the source for current plan availability, eligibility and terms. Competitor prices and promotions change and should be checked on those providers' own websites. ## Privacy and reliable sources Use the Security page and Privacy Policy for current security and data-handling details. Read-only bank access does not mean no data is processed. This reference does not claim that AI providers retain nothing, that AI data is never used for training, or that de-identified examples are anonymous. Product descriptions are first-party information from Bountisphere, not independent endorsements. Blog and data articles cite their own sources; figures in those articles apply to their stated dates. An AI reference file makes information easier to access but does not guarantee crawling, inclusion in an answer or a recommendation by ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or any other service. ## Frequently asked questions Is Bountisphere a digital budget planner or a bill calendar app? Both describe the same product. Its visual Money Calendar combines bill and paycheck dates with projected daily balances, supported by Budget, Spending, Coach and Accounts. No. It reflects the balances and dated Budget items included. Monthly Spending goals are tracked separately and are not automatically inserted into the daily forecast. Can Bountisphere pay my bills? No. It helps plan and understand bills, but bank connections are read-only and cannot initiate payments. How much does Bountisphere cost? $7/month or $70/year.
