Bountisphere Icon Guide
In Bountisphere, we use a set of intuitive icons to help you manage and understand your transactions at a glance. Here’s a quick guide to what each icon represents:

Green Checkmark Icon
Meaning: This information-only icon indicates that the transaction has been successfully reconciled with your bank. Everything matches up, and no further action is required. -
Green Circle with Arrows and Checkmark Icon
Meaning: This information-only icon indicates that the transaction is already a recurring transaction in your Budget Plan. -
Blue Arrow with Plus Sign Icon
Meaning: This action icon indicates that you can make the transaction a recurring transaction in your Budget Plan. Just click the icon and it will appear as a new recurring transaction in your Budget Plan. -
Black Hourglass Icon
Meaning: This information-only hourglass icon shows that the transaction is pending and hasn’t been fully processed by your bank yet. Once the transaction is cleared, the icon will change accordingly to a green checkmark. The transaction might be recurring Budget Plan transaction or it might be a transaction you manually entered. -
Black Calendar Icon
Meaning: This icon indicates a scheduled transaction that is set to occur in the future but only for one time, not recurring. If you click on the icon, you can make the transaction a recurring item in your Budget Plan. -
Blue Pencil Icon
Meaning: The pencil icon allows you to edit the transaction details. Click on this icon if you need to change the transaction name, category, amount, or other details. -
Red Trash Can Icon
Meaning: This icon is for deleting the transaction. Clicking it will remove the transaction from your list. Be cautious when using this icon, as deleted transactions cannot be recovered. -
Dollar Sign Icon with Hourglass (Upper Right)
Meaning: This information-only icon indicates that the transaction is pending and awaiting confirmation from your bank. It is an untracked expense, meaning it was not manually entered or tracked in the Budget Plan. This might represent an unplanned or unbudgeted transaction, such as an impromptu purchase. Once cleared, the icon will update.
